David Jay joined the National Conflict Resolution Center at the start of 2021. For more than 15 years, David has worked with individual, foundation and corporate donors to improve their communities through their philanthropy. As Director of Fund Development, David oversees efforts to secure the financial resources needed to invest in supporting the communities who rely on NCRC, to build new programs, and to sustain NCRC into the future.
David’s previous work includes fundraising roles for Rady Children’s Hospital – San Diego, Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, Reuben H. Fleet Science Center and Voice of San Diego, as well as a background in corporate marketing and community relations. A multi-time San Diegan, David is involved in the community, including serving on the board of the San Diego Kiwanis Club Foundation, and the advisory boards of Camp Stevens and YIGBY. He and his family live in North Park.
