Win Heiskala is an experienced Mediator with over 30 years experience working exclusively with families in all aspects of divorce. 

What differentiates Win as a Family Law Mediator is her experience with complex cases involving sophisticated asset and income structures as well as the dynamics of families with children.  She uses her many years of family law litigation and mediation experience, understanding and calm demeanor to assist participants in reaching reasonable, responsible results.  Win is passionate about resolution and solutions.

 

Rates: 

  • $350 per hour: Self-represented parties
  • $350 per hour: Represented parties

$200 non-refundable administrative fee per party.
