Since transitioning from his full-time law practice into mediation, Richard has handled cases in a variety of fields and specialties, including business, real estate, employment, and personal injury. From the simple to the complex, and from the cooperative to the contentious, Richard has the experience, the temperament and the skills that are needed to help parties resolve their disputes in an expeditious and professional manner.

Superior Court-Ordered Civil Mediations:

  • Civil Limited:  $150 per hour for each of the first two hours and $375 per hour thereafter
  • Civil Unlimited:  $250 per hour for each of the first two hours and $375 per hour thereafte

HOA Mediations:

  • $750 Flat rate for up to 3 hours. $375 per hour thereafter
  • $100 per party administrative fee

All Other:

  • $1,500 half-day, $375 per hour thereafter
  • $3,000 full-day
  • $175 per party nonrefundable administrative fee
  • Richard is available to mediate cases throughout Southern California and does not charge for travel time
