Mr. Deutsch, a mediator since 1998, has had more than 40 years of experience in private practice offering general civil transaction and litigation services in the areas of community association, franchising, business and commercial law, contract law, securities, real estate, banking law, and landlord/tenant law. His practice is focused on homeowner association law with an emphasis on disputes involving CC&R and governing documents, the collection of assessments, the business judgment rule, disputes with management companies, mold issues, nuisance claims, privacy issues and neighbor relations.


HOA: $750/ 3 hours, $300 for each additional hour
Effective November 1, 2014 there will be a $100 per party administrative fee. $750 flat rate for up to three hours. $300 per hour thereafter.

All other cases: $300 per hour, with a $175 administrative fee per party

Since earning his Mediator Credential from the National Conflict Resolution Center in 1999 Mr. Deutsch has successfully conducted mediations concerning on a wide variety of issues including: Homeowner Associations, landlord/tenant, real estate and the division of property involving same sex or unmarried couples.

ADR Experience & Specialties: 

Mr. Deutsch has a flexible style in which he adjusts to the needs of the parties and the situation, as opposed to using a single approach for every dispute. He has been trained in different techniques from which he can select and adjust as appropriate. Most of the matters he has worked on have attorney participants, but he has also handled matters directly between parties without attorneys.
