NCRC maintains a qualified roster of experienced neutrals for you to choose from. Standards for being selected to NCRC's neutral roster are high and are maintained through ongoing training, evaluation and feedback.

NCRC's neutral roster includes mediators and arbitrators from over 50 different occupations. Occupations represented include: education, law, law enforcement, real estate, business, mental health, medicine and engineering.
