Week One:
INTRODUCTORY An intensive course that teaches NCRC’s classic six
stage facilitative mediation process through a series of
lectures, interactive exercises, and participatory
simulations. |
Week Two:
ADVANCED This interactive course builds on skills learned in the Introductory Mediation Skills Training and introduces new techniques and supervised one-on-one skills development.
