INTRODUCTORY Mediation Skills Training
(32 hours)

An intensive course that teaches NCRC’s classic six stage facilitative mediation process through a series of lectures, interactive exercises, and participatory simulations.

With an outstanding faculty comprised of respected authors, mediators and trainers, students will have a rewarding and memorable experience.

Week Two: February 20-23, 2012
ADVANCED Mediation Skills Training
(28 hours)

This interactive course builds on skills learned in the Introductory Mediation Skills Training with new techniques, strategies and supervised one-on-one skills development. 

• Addresses impasse
• Deal with ethical dilemmas
• Negotiate financial issues
• Manage high conflict personalities
• Adaptation of the facilitative model to more evaluative settings
