Refund Guidelines
Participants who need to cancel must do so in writing to the National Conflict Resolution Center and are effective as per postmark date.  A cancellation fee will be deducted from the funds collected as follows::

Received on or before April 5, 2010.........................................................25% cancellation fee
Received between April 6 - April 22, 2010..............................................50% cancellation fee
Received between April 23 - April 30, 2010............................................75% cancellation fee
On or after May 1, 2010...............................................................................NO REFUND

Final acceptance into the program is predicated on the timely submission of the application, payment of all fee, approval of your proposed course of study, and submission of all required documents.

DISCLOSURES

• Not included in the fee: Airfare, lunches, dinners (except for Welcome & Farewell dinner), transportation to and from the hotel, transportation to and from the airport/train station, hotel room services, water sports equipment, Getting to Yes by William Ury (required book for undergraduate and graduate students).
• You must have medical/accident insurance that will cover the expenses of serious illness or accident, as well as accidental death and dismemberment coverage, emergency evacuation, and repatriation of remains. NCRC is not responsible for students who do not have medical/accident insurance.
