Course Objectives:
The goal of this 45 hour mediation course is to provide students with an understanding of mediation theory and conflict management skills. The objective of the course is to aid students incorporate specific skills into their current career paths. It is an experiential learning, interactive course which will help the diverse group of students integrate the skills into their prospective professions in a pragmatic fashion. Skills in mediation and conflict resolution have proven to enhance an individual’s personal and professional life.
Program Location: University of Bologna, Rimini, Italy
Among Italians, Rimini is probably the most famous seaside resort on the Adriatic Riviera. Located in Northern Italy, Rimini is surrounded by hills and beautiful sandy beaches, nightlife and restaurants. Dating from the 1st century B. C., Rimini's historic centre is rich in monuments originating from Roman times.
Class will be held at the University of Bologna-Rimini Faculty of Economics.
