The Annual NCRC/NBC Phone bank, held on March 28, 2008
was a great success!

We had eleven volunteer mediators standing by the phones to answer callers questions about conflict.  Over 120 calls were received and many people were able to receive on-the-spot tips to help resolve their disputes. 

Thanks to NBC 7/39 and Consumer Bob Hansen for hosting this phone bank, and thank you to our wonderful NCRC volunteers and the many callers who decided to pick up the phone and call for help.
