Thank you for considering mediation.  There is no obligation to mediate if you open a case.  Filling out the information below simply ensures that an NCRC case coordinator will contact you within 3 business days to gather information about your case. Either party to a dispute may request services by contacting NCRC. We can contact all parties involved to explain the service and invite them to participate. Once all parties have agreed to participate in mediation, it can be scheduled at a time and place that will work for all who are attending.
