Workplace mediation is an alternative to arbitration and litigation whether or not a case has been filed. An impartial mediator helps you make informed decisions and develop mutually acceptable agreements in a non-adversarial and informal, but structured process. Workplace mediation is especially valuable for workplace disputes where you are both still employed at the same company.
Before qualifying for the workplace panel, mediators receive 100 hours of training and mediate for two years. Panelists possess extensive knowledge and professional experience in the areas of law, business, and employment matters. Read the bios of our Employment/Workplace Mediation Panel Members.
