Retreats
Would your organization benefit from working together across disciplines? You might already be doing this, but would you like do it better? NCRC facilitators assist your organization by providing structured problem-solving agendas; leading team-building activities; or creating cross-specialty opportunities for teams to develop comfort working together on joint projects. NCRC facilitators provide opportunities for different professionals within a department to interact and develop understanding about the stresses and opportunities of each assignment and respect for what is required to accomplish specific goals.
Conflict Coaching
This is an opportunity for one-on-one training. It is a formal interaction for you to objectively examine your conflict or management style with a neutral third party in a confidential setting over an extended period of time. The goal is to understand the dynamics of the situation and develop a written plan to bring about constructive change. After an initial joint meeting, the coaching can continue to occur face-to-face or move to phone conversations and electronic communication. An NCRC facilitator can also work with you on plans to increase personal productivity and job satisfaction.
